What is a BIM interface?

BIM — Building Information Modeling — is a process for creating construction projects by building a virtual three-dimensional information model of the building.

By implementing new technologies (Archicad) in our work, we let our clients experience their project at true scale through virtual reality, using cardboard 3D glasses. This experience is especially valuable for people who find two-dimensional floor plans aren't enough to give them a real sense of the future space.

By installing the BIMx app on their phone or tablet, the client is included in every phase of the design and gets a more detailed view of their project's future.

We have been using this technology since the a conceptual design onward. Take a look at an example project where BIM technology played an important role: GTX1 & GTX2.

BIMx visualizations are included in the price of our services, and if requested by the investor, we can arrange with our associates to also deliver photorealistic visualizations and animations created in leading graphics software.
