Architectural Design of a Holiday House with a Pool :: PL2023

The project of architectural design of a holiday house with a pool PL2023 is located in a natural setting in the hinterland of Zadar, developed as a contemporary solution that combines functionality, context, and aesthetics. The house is designed to clearly articulate the spatial relationships between interior and exterior space, while the pool asserts itself as a key spatial and visual component of outdoor living.

The architectural solution is based on clear spatial logic, a thoughtful relationship between volume and nature, and a careful selection of materials, achieving a harmonious relationship between the building and its surroundings. The project was developed as preliminary design project with 3D visualizations, aiming to define the spatial concept, volume, and character of the future holiday house. Through this project, studio Arhitektura Plus illustrates its approach to designing contemporary holiday houses, with an emphasis on spatial clarity, architectural identity, and connection to the surroundings.
