The architectural solution was developed with the aim of shaping <strong data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"590\">a smaller number of luxury residential units<\/strong>, while respecting the urban context, the environment, and the Mediterranean character of the location.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"1400\">Both buildings form a spatially harmonized whole, defined by clear volumetry and functional organization of the apartments, with special attention given to the quality of living, privacy, and the relationship to outdoor spaces. The project also includes <strong data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"980\">penthouse apartments with rooftop terraces<\/strong>, which further emphasize the exclusivity and value of the residential concept. The project includes the development of <strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1117\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhitekturaplus.hr\/en\/blog\/sto-je-idejni-projekt\/\">a conceptual design<\/a> in two variants<\/strong> as well as <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1174\">a main design for obtaining a building permit<\/strong>, covering the architecture of the buildings and the landscaping of outdoor spaces. Through this project, studio <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1282\">Arhitektura Plus<\/strong> confirms its experience in <strong data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1360\">the architectural design of multi-family buildings<\/strong> in a Mediterranean and coastal context.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Projekt arhitektonskog projektiranja vi\u0161estambenih zgrada GTX1 &amp; GTX2 obuhva\u0107a dvije urbane vile smje\u0161tene u priobalnom naselju Ko\u017eino, u neposrednoj blizini Zadra.
